The new Lumber Distribution Terminal provides Federated Co-op with a centralized location to store building materials. The project consisted of construction of the building foundations and associated site work. Building foundations consisted of cast in place concrete grade beams, piles and a slab on grade.

Site work consisted of installation of site lighting, site security fencing and complete granular paving structure throughout the project site.
